Once your films have been processed, no refunds are eligible. If you decide to cancel your order before processing, we will happily return your films to you, using your purchase price to cover admin and postage costs.

Your products will be returned to you via Royal Mail 2nd class post.

If you have asked for a digital download, this will be emailed to you via WeTransfer, once your films have been processed and scanned.
